Service area?

We are strictly operating in the Squirrel Hill and Shadyside areas.

Who can sign up?

This service is ONLY open to SJC students who have been enrolled in group classes or are private training students. Since this service does not include human training, owners need to be learning how to work with their dog through classes or privates separately.

This is NOT an option for dogs working on behavior mod for reactivity, fear, or aggression challenges. 

How does it work?

Our professional trainer will come to your home 3 days per week for a 30 minute one on one training adventure with your dog (inside your home or in your neighborhood)–additional dogs require additional packages. You get to pick the 3-4 skills or activities each month that our trainer will focus on with your pup. You can either be home or not at home when our trainer arrives.

What skills can be worked on during training adventures?

Puppy socialization adventures in your area, sit, down, stay, leash walking, settle on a mat, settle outside at a cafe/bench, door manners, manners for guests entering, stationing (place), recall, focus/attention outside, cooperative care skills (nail trims, brushing, etc), etc. We can also do enrichment activities like puzzle games, flirt pole games, and jog-a-dog (take your pup for a run/jog weather dependent).
