Open Training Time Facility Rental!
Training Room Rentals!
You can privately rent our smaller 1,400sf training room (to the left of Dollar General) to do training or use the space to play with your dog. (approximately 25ftx40ft big open room plus front/back storage areas).
This is a great opportunity to practice some of those skills that need more room than your living room can offer or skills that need better footing.
You will have access to using the training gear in the Training Room–typically a klimb, cato boards (generally not planks), a couple of jumps, cones with bars to make jumps or cavaletti, chairs, balance discs, puzzle toys, and box of toys. Or feel free to bring whatever equipment you need for your pup to practice.
Rental is offered select times on the weekends and several weekday morning options. If you have a specific need, feel free to reach out.
We are also open to puppy parties or party rentals, so if you are wanting a place to host a party, let us know and we can discuss.

Seasonal Photo Set!
We will have a rotating photo set up for folks who rent the training room to use included with their rental. We’ll have a cute backdrop and seasonal props for your very own photoshoot!
Valentine’s Day– 1/1 thru Mid-March (ish)
Beachy Fun — Mid March through Early Sept (ish)
Halloween — Early Sept thru Early November (ish)
Winter Scene — Early Nov thru December (ish)
Folks who rent the training room have free use of the photo scene to take their very own cute photos! Lighting is decent enough with daylight through the windows and is enough for photos with your phone, but feel free to bring camera or additional lighting.
We will also offer a 20-minute photo booth only rental. 100% of profits of the photobooth only rental will go to an animal related 501c3 non-profit.
The first two setups of 2024 will go to The Dog Aging Project that supports a ton of different research into dogs (health, wellness, longevity, behavior, etc).
The Fine Print…
♦ Rental is ONLY available to current students and former students with permission (it is unsupervised use of our training room)
♦ Only family dogs may attend together–but a person can bring up to 3 dogs who live together. (The space isn’t appropriate for playdates with friends).
♦ This is a privelege and students who aren’t respectful of our equipment or the rules will not be permitted to rent in the future.
♦ Students are reponsible for any damage done by themselves or their dog that is beyond normal wear and tear of equipment (your dog chewing the Klimb platform because you aren’t paying attention, a hole in the wall because of too vigorous ball play, a chewed up cone etc. would be improper use and you would be responsible–your pup shreds a toy, no biggie, a balance disc pops while your pup is standing on it, no problem, a chair gets knocked over it it breaks, no biggie)
♦ Students are responsible for general clean up–put away equipment, vacuum any big treat crumb or fur explosions on the floor, thoroughly clean any potty accidents.
♦ As with all SJC facilities, choke chains, prong collars, and e-collars are not permitted on the grounds.
♦ Dogs must be on-leash coming and going from the room. Dogs must also be able to safely enter/exit the room in our shopping plaza environment.
♦ Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and it must be on file.
♦ Females in season ARE permitted as long as they wear panties
