After a month of Dog Bite Prevention posts (Be Your Dog’s Voice, Keep Kids Safe, What Say You Fido?, Do NOT Pet, To Pet or Not to Pet, How Dogs Say NO!, Numbers Aren’t The Whole Story, “Bite Proof” Dogs, So You Have a Biter, and Do’s and Don’ts of Greeting a Dog), I want to wrap up and honor Dog Bite Prevention Month with a contest.
We’ve got a fantastic prize package for the winner: 2 Through A Dog’s Ear CDs, a Tugs By Tena “Shayne” sized toy (or smaller if the winner has a small dog), a package of USA made Rabbit Jerky*, a collar by SPOTless Design, a 10% off coupon for an online class with Pamela Dennison, and a few of my favorite books.
Awesome right!?!? Huge thanks to Lisa Spector of TADE, Pamela Dennison, and Monica Callahan for their generous donations!
Here are the details:
WHO: The contest is open to US and Canada residents 18 years and older (if the winner is from Canada, I will substitute a non-food prize for the Rabbit Jerky due to shipping limitations). This contest is void where prohibited.
WHEN: This contest is open 5/30/12 to 6/07/12. Winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the contest ending and will be announced on the blog and SJC facebook page. Winner must respond within 5 days from the email being sent and winner announced.
HOW: We will be using the Rafflecopter application below and on Success Just Clicks’ Facebook page. You will need to log-in to Rafflecopter (you should only need to do this once and can use Facebook–if you’ve logged in before for my previous contests you will probably not have to log in again). Once logged in, you will enter by completing the tasks listed (not all are mandatory) on the contest application. Each task will give you one entry into the contest (the more tasks you complete more entries you get)–to complete the task you simply click the “+1 DO IT” button next to the task and complete whatever the task explains. If you have questions, let me know!
Thanks for taking another fantastic Dog Bite Prevention journey with me. I hope you found something helpful in the various posts!
Woo hoo! Can you tell I really want to win?
I think this whole series has been really informative and I already have all the links bookmarked for future reference. Thanks for providing such an excellent breakdown of why dogs bite and how we can all play a role in preventing further incidents.
HaHaHa! I’m glad it’s been helpful!
