Contact Us!
Our website holds a huge amount of information about our pricing, location, and services. It is also the only way to sign up for private training or group classes. You can find the answers to some popular questions below and bypass the wait time by doing some looking around and using the sign up functions on our website.
We respond to emails Mon-Fri and while we try to respond to emails as quickly and thoroughly as possible, please allow for 5-7 business days for a response (though it is often much faster, it just depends on our current email volume).
Where are you located?
We are located on the North Shore area in the Spring Garden neighborhood, about 1 mile away from Wigle Whiskey’s Barrel House.
1932 Spring Garden Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15212 and our smaller training room at 1924 Spring Garden (same plaza).
What's your upcoming class schedule?
However, the best way to stay up to date on upcoming classes is to sign up for our newsletter!
Our classes can fill very fast at times and we announce the schedule and open up enrollment to newsletter subscribers several days before we open registration to the public, to give our students first access.
What are your prices?
The vast majority of our group classes are $185 for a 7-week (one class per week) program. Some specialty classes are a little more expensive depending on materials we provide or class sizes (prices are able to be seen when the class is available on our registration page)
All of our private training starts with a 2-hour initial consultation that is $200. You can see our full package options on our pricing page.
What type of training does my dog need?
If your dog is showing signs of fear, aggression, reactivity, resource guarding, separation anxiety, trouble specifically in your home, or they are not comfortable around dogs/people/new places, private training is your best bet.
Private training is more typically very narrow in focus for your specific dog and your specific challenges. Group classes are broad in their scope with lots of topics covered.
How do I sign up?
If you know you want a group class, visit our Register For Class page to see all of our currently available group classess.
What's the phone #
