On Monday, I was outside taking photos for yesterday’s post about the garden hose tug toy when I started getting some nice shots. I figured I’d share some of the photographs I took. It’s totally off topic–sort of–would anyone be interested in a few posts on tips for taking good photographs of your pets? Comment and let me know!
This is what a tennis ball sees moments before it is picked up by Rio
The pointy dogs in contemplation… Dexter contemplating the tennis ball over there… and Rio about the squirrel over there
I has a very loooong tongue… that flops to the side when I’m tried.
That blade of grass on my tongue, I’m saving it for a snack later!
LOL… I do not envy the ball… staring down the focus of two cattle dogs is really scary (even if Rio is mid blink/lip lick)!
A happy face!!! Maybe if he’s cute enough the ball will throw itself!
LOL. Too cute! I LOVE the first one. Everyone hoping the ball will miraculously move itself and go flying so they can give chase.
Thanks Jamie.. they are so funny… I couldn’t safely get any further back so i could get all three completely in frame because they’d steal the ball or if i said leave it they’d walk away LOL… they are goofy!
All great pictures, but that last one of Rio is just priceless!
Rio is so photogenic it’s a little ridiculous… he needs to be a spokes dog for someone LOL!
I LOVE both of the pictures of Rio against the sky. Wonderful!
Thank you! he’s such a goofball and love that it comes across in his photos!
I know I would love some tips! I usually just blame the camera but I admit here that it may also be my lack of skill. Most of my photos end up blurry. It sucks. Yours are just so cute and bright and fun!
Love tips. 🙂
I love the clouds in the pictures, they look almost fake! And the sky is SO blue. I love the picture of Shayne and the blade of grass, it reminds me of Delta’s happy face. Lol
